The Products are made of main materials,including high-quality bauxite chamotte,flint fire clay,high-pure SiC,clay,and various of special micro-powders,a compound binder developed by ourself with the combination oxidation resin as binding agent.
The products have advantages of excellent flow ability,slow creeping in crevice;primary setting time more than 20h to complete permeation;quick hardening,great strength.Good elasticity after setting without any friability,fracture and crevices,good match.Combining the lining and skull tightly to integrate,some micro-expansion by heating between the lining and shell of blast furnace to prohibited the gas leaka ge from the crevice.
