Characteristics
1 Automatic feeding-Automatic feeding and stop feeding can be controlled by buttons on PLC control cabinet
2 Twice squeezing to filter cakes-Compare to the normal chamber filter press, membrane filter press can squeeze the filter
cake second time by charge high pressure air into membrane plate, thus reducing to moisture content lower.
3 Automatic pull plate-The sailed chamber should be opened so that to discharge cakes. By buttons on PLC cabinet,
the plates can be opened one by one or by groups
4 Automatic discharge cake-if the cake is sticky and not easy to drop down by gravity when plates be opened, this function can
shake it down.
5 Automatic washing cloth-In case the solid residual will block the filter cloth, the auto washing cloth device can wash it after
several cycles’ working.
6 Low moisture content-Twice squeezing to filter cake makes it drier.
7 High accuracy-According to different project condition and customer requirement,the machine can be equipped with cloth with
high accuracy, max could be 1um.
8 High efficiency-Fully automatic operation has a short working cycle at each
process, short cycle makes you increase the production capacity
9 Long service life-The beam is made by best carbon steel and not easy to out of shape,
filter plate is made by good PP material and can bear high pressure
